The Anaheim Ducks on Thursday assigned defenseman Luca Sbisa to the Norfolk Admirals of the American Hockey League on a long-term injury conditioning loan. OHL Andy Bathgate scored twice, and Matt Mahalak made 30 saves as the Plymouth Whalers beat the host Oshawa Generals, 5-0, Friday night.
