WWE does not have to fire Rosa Mendes
Since she wasn't arrested and the mainstream media did not pick up on her beign sent home early from the tour of Europe, WWE doesn't necessarily have to fire Rosa Mendes. The company has to send a message to the other performers by keeping her off the road as punishment, but they can choose to bring her back later this summer if they wish.

The latest word on Rosa Mendes’ WWE status is that she won’t be back on the road until she takes care of the issues that caused officials to send her home from the European tour last week.
She may be required some sort of short-term rehab program before the WWE will clear her after multiple complaints of her being “drunk” and “hard to handle” during the tour.
