Report: Bengals Sign P T.J. Conley

According to Paul Dehner Jr. of the Cincinnati Enquirer, the Bengals have signed second-year P T.J. Conley. Conley, 28, is best known for his 2011 season in which he was the starting punter for the Jets.  That year he averaged a fairly impressive 42.7 yards per punt, with a net of 38.8. Since then, he has been in training camp with the Browns in 2012, but was out of football in 2013.
