Go to any baseball game and you’ll find that, with certain exceptions, people don’t make much noise unless they are told to or there is something so obvious that they basically have to make noise.
Oh, sure, there are often some super-fans or (on the other side of the coin) super-hecklers, but they are the exceptions to the rule.
This, however, hasn’t always been the case.
It looks like Major League Baseball and Nippon Professional Baseball finally have agreed on changes to the posting system between their two bodies. Joel Sherman reports:
