Judge stays track coach's suit against Gay, USADA

FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) A judge has stayed a lawsuit filed by track coach Jon Drummond against Tyson Gay and the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency, saying it must be settled for now in arbitration, not in federal court. U.S. Sprinter Tyson Gay Suspended One Year for Doping

The New York Times is reporting that the U.S. Sprinter has been suspended one year for doping.  Gay tested positive for a banned substance last July and subsequently removed himself from competing at the World Championships in Moscow.
