A look inside the Maxim Party (and others) before Super Bowl XLVI…
Today is Super Bowl XLVI, and we have our game face on. But before we get back into game coverage, let’s take a quick break and go off the field. Over the past two days, we attended parties hosted by ESPN, Maxim, and Leather and Laces.
How were they?
No doubt, the Maxim Party was the best. The theme was comic books, and servers were dressed as super heros. That was a nice touch...

Super Bowl XLVI preview and pick
EA Sports this week, using Madden 2012, came out with its simulation for the Super Bowl. Other than a thinly veiled attempted at advertising, I don’t know why they do this. It’s not like this is something that literally any person can’t do. I can go to my couch right now, turn on my Play Station and spend 20 minutes doing this myself.
Here’s another reason...

The Shutdown Corner Podcast: Warrick Dunn
It was our pleasure this week to speak to former Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Atlanta Falcons running back Warrick Dunn, one of the better guys you'll ever talk to. The total one-off out of Florida State (think of the next 180-pound back who will gain over 10,000 yards in the NFL) first made tracks in Tampa Bay, before moving to Atlanta in 2002 and eventually becoming a key part...

FSU, Notre Dame share heated football history
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. Florida State and Notre Dame have played just six times, and all but one was decided by 10 points or less.

BSO Interview: Warrick Dunn Talks Crown Royal Heroes Project, Cowboys, Forte & More
My earliest memory of Warrick Dunn is him running all over Miami while at Florida State.
That is also the first time I heard about Dunn’s mother a police officer who was murdered in the line of duty. From that point on I rooted for Dunn to succeed and he didn’t disappoint.
He had a very good NFL career, while also doing work in the community not because he wanted the...

6 Questions with FSU Legend Warrick Dunn
Throughout the storied history of Florida State football, one of the all-time fan favorites for many Noles is without question, Warrick Dunn. Dunn holds the record for single season rushing yards (1,242) and in a career (3,959). He is the only Seminole to ever rush for 1,000 yards in three consecutive seasons. No Seminole has ever rushed for more 100 yard games (21) or scored more...

PHILADELPHIA – The Cowboys entered Sunday night’s game with the NFL’s top rush defense, but you’d never know it based on how they allowed the Eagles’ LeSean McCoy to run wild at the Linc.
McCoy continued his impressive season by amassing a career-best 185 yards and two touchdowns on a career-high 30 carries against a Dallas defense that had been yielding only 69.7 yards...
