According to ESPN Radio in Chicago, the Braves have acquired LHP Will Ohman and 2B-SS Omar Infante from the Cubs in exhancge for a minor leaguer.
In 56 relief appearances last season, Ohman went 2-4 with a 4.95 ERA.
