The St. John’s IceCaps have agreed to terms with Yasin Cisse, Will O’Neill, Blair Riley and Ryan Schnell on American Hockey League contracts Cisse was originally drafted by the Atlanta Thrashers in the fifth round, 150th overall, in the 2010 NHL Draft.
