NFL 32, Philadelphia Eagles 2012 Outlook

Projected Finish; 10-6 (playoff birth)
Additions; QB Trent Edwards, WR Mardy Gilyard, LB DeMeco Ryans, T Demetrius Bell, WR Marvin McNutt, DE Vinny Curry, CB Brandon Boykin
Subtractions; T Jason Peters, RB Ronnie Brown, C Jamaal Jackson, DE Juqua Parker, CB Asante Samuel, FB Owen Schmitt, WR Steve Smith, QB Vince young
In 2011, the eagles fell far short of a “dream team” as former backup QB Vince Young put it. They finished at an underachieving record of 8-8 and missed the playoffs. This offseason they brought in former pro-bowler DeMeco Ryans to help out a young linebacking core and drafted CB Brandon Boykin, a true playmaker at Georgia University. The eagles will look to Boykin to eventually fill the shoes of CB Asante Samuel, maybe the Eagles only real sufficient offseason loss. Samuel was traded to Atlanta during this year’s draft. Offensively the Eagles are filled with playmakers. Mike Vick returns this year after passing for over 3300 yards and nearly running for another 600. The wide receive

NFL 32, Washington Redskins 2012 Outlook

Projected Finish; 5-11
Additions; WR Pierre Garcon, CB Cedric Griffin, S Tanard Jackson, S Brandon Meriweather, WR Josh Morgan, S Madieu Williams, QB Robert Griffin III
Subtractions; S Oshiomogho Atogwe, WR Jabar Gaffney, LB Rocky McIntosh, FB Mike Sellers, WR Donte Stallworth
RG3. The new face of the franchise has arrived hoping to turn the Redskins from a usual projected last place pick in the NFC east to a legitimate contender. As great a player as Griffin is, how will his play transfer over to the NFL where defenses are smarter, faster, and stronger. As great a pick as this was for Washington, they didn’t do much else this offseason to help them challenge the already talented Cowboys, Eagles, and Giants. Free agent signee Pierre Garcon will look to be Griffin’s #1 receiver. With Santana Moss’s numbers decreasing dramatically he falls to a third receiver slot and second year man Leonard Hankerson will be the #2 man. Hankerson played in 4 games last season before falling to injured reserve to miss

NFL 32, New York Giants 2012 Outlook

Projected Finish; 7-9
Additions; LB Keith Rivers, TE Martellus Bennett, DT Shaun Rodgers, WR Rueben Randle
Subtractions; WR Mario Manningham, S Deon Grant, RB Brandon Jaconbs, T Kareem McKenzie, CB Aaron Ross, WR/ST Devin Thomas, DE Dave Tollefson, TE Jake Ballard
At last a year passes whereTom Coughlin is entering the season out of the hot seat. After a 9-7 regular season finish, the Giants rolled passed Atlanta and Green Bay in the first two rounds of the playoffs, setting up a showdown for a Superbowl appearance agianst San Francisco. They won in a thriller against San Fran, thanks to the unbelievable special teams play(s) by former WR Devin Thomas. They entered the Superbowl as an underdog, as usual, and shocked Tom Brady and the Patriots with a 21-17 Superbowl win. Eli Manning won Superbowl MVP and Giants country was exultant. The Giants entered the offseason and made some big offensive moves by not bringing back Superbowl hero WR Mario Manningham, RB Brandon Jacobs, and T Kareem McKenzie. The Giants

NFL 32, Dallas Cowboys 2012 Outlook

Projected Finish; 9-7 (playoff birth)

Additions; CB Brandon Carr, LB Dan Connor, QB Kyle Orton, FS Brodney Pool, FB Lawrence Vickers, CB Morris Claiborne

Subtractions; CB Alan Ball, LB Keith Brooking, S Abram Elam, LB Bradie James, G Kyle Kosier, CB Terrence Newman, WR Laurent Robinson, TE Martellus Bennett

After a dissapointing 2011 finish at 8-8, the Dallas Cowboys enter the 2012 season with something to prove. As always, the pressure has been mounted atop the shoulders of QB Tony Romo. With key targets WR Laurent Robinson and TE Martellus Bennett gone, and WR Dez Bryant facing legal issues who will pick up the slack in the Cowboys passing game? They return the always exciting WR Miles Austin (returning from injury in 2012) and TE Jason Witten but I look to keep an eye on WR's Danny Coale, Dwayne Harris, Kevin Ogletree, and Cole Beasley to push for a key role in the 2012 Cowboys passing game. The Cowboys will be looking to RB DeMarco Murray, who enters his second season in the league, to mak
