Double Kill of The Week: Jose Aldo Breaks Rolando Perez's "Schnauze-ola 5000" and Stipe Miocic Puts the Hammer down on William Penn

Now, y'all already know that the Kill-Shot of The Week is, plain and simple, The War Report's Knockout Of The Week, so in the spirit of UFC 136, I fully intended on not doing it without UFC Featherweight Champion Jose "Scarface" Aldo in some respect.
Truthfully, his UFC 129 bout with Mark Hominick was actually intended for this week's "War Memorials" entry. Damn non-embedded videos...pissing me off.
Anyways, I could have featured his WEC 51 KO of Manny Gamburyan or his KO win over Cub Swanson at the Brown-Faber 2 card, but rather than use the same videos everyone else uses, I decided to stick with the one from before Aldo blew up.
Remember his knee over Rolando Perez?
Yeah, you do...because in addition to undefeated 9-0 Stipe Miocic's knockout win over William Penn at NAAFS: Caged Vengeance 9 this past April in Canton, Ohio, we are featuring the consensus pound-for-pound best Featherweight in the world as part of what we're calling The Double Kill of The Week!

Submission of The Week: The Arm Collector Collects some Rhino Limbs at Tachi Palace Fights 10

It would have been cool to get into UFC 136 mode and feature someone from that roster as part of this, because I know damn well Brian Stann has a sick win by Triangle Choke, but alas, we're taking just one more trip through Bellator 53-themed territory.
If you look at the man featured in our Submission of The Week piece, can you really blame us, though?
Eduardo Dantas, The Freire Brothers, Marlon Sandro, and Giva Santana: these men are a sample of the international array of talent that Bellator has and the UFC does not, but when you take into account that, A.) Bellator is not trying to really compete as much with the UFC as you and I would like to believe, and B.) these guys are super f**king talented, as is evident by Santana's TPF 10 bout with David Louiseau replacement foe and former WEC Light Heavyweight Champion Doug "The Rhino" Marshall, is it really hard to envision that guys like Santana could conceivably make a noteworthy impact if they got the call to fight for the biggest MMA le

Every week The War Report brings to you a weekly installment of "The War Memorials", a trip through the MMA archives that revisits classic fights, both old-school and new-school for the viewing pleasure of the MMA World.
This week, The War Report, courtesy of MMA Junkie's Youtube account, presents the Bellator Fighting Championships debut of one Ronnie "Kid Ninja" Mann, who faces "The Tooth Fairy" Kenny Foster tonight at Bellator 53, featuring the Season Five Welterweight Tournament Semifinals.
Mann made his debut in a very impressive fashion, showing that he is more than just one hell of a striker in his Bellator 42 bout against Josh Arocho, and if you want to know why Kenny Foster should tread with caution against Mann tonight, you need look not much further than this fight.

UFC 141 Fight Card: Can Dong Hyun Kim get back to his winning ways?

Dong Hyun Kim was touted as a hot prospect in the UFC Welterweight division, and he seemed about a win or two away from a title crack at Georges St-Pierre, but then something happened...or to specify it a little bit clearer, something stunned The Stun-Gun.
If you'd like specifics, it was a wicked knee from current UFC 137 headliner Carlos Condit, The Natural Born Killer of New Mexico, that stunned Kim, and it help set up some very spectacular stages, one of which is Kim's next challenge at UFC 141 against equally touted prospect Sean Pierson.
Mind you, a UFC 129 win might not have landed Pierson in front of Jake Ellenberger or Diego Sanchez, but in his own respect, Pierson was seen as a prospect with promise and potential behind him.
Both men are coming off loses, but with the UFC trying its heart out to pencil in a trip to Japan for a UFC return to the Land of The Rising Sun, it does not help the efforts if Kim--one of the three Korean-bred fighters on the roster--loses his upcoming fight and some
