<title>U.S. Army All-American Bowl NFL Player of the Week: Percy Harvin</title>
      <description>12/06/11:
This week's U.S. Army All-American Bowl NFL Player of the Week honors could only go to one person. With 2004 U.S. Army All-American and current Minnesota Viking, Adrian Peterson sidelined by injury, there was an opportunity for 2006 bowl alumnus and Viking, Percy Harvin to shine. Harvin made the most of his chance, catching 8 passes for 156 yards and two touchdowns. He helped fill some of the void left by Peterson with 19 rushing yards on 5 carries. Denver edged the win over Minnesota 35-32, led by 2006 U.S. Army All-American Tim Tebow. However, Harvin's performance ensured he was the Player of the Week.

<title>U.S. Army All-American Bowl High School Player of the Week: Kelvin Taylor</title>
<description>11/14/11: The U.S. Army All-American Bowl High School Player of the Week is Kelvin Taylor of Belle Glade, Florida. Like past Player of the Week honors, Taylor's performance in the game this past Friday is worthy of the award by itself, but it is his excellent high school career that sees him capture the honor this week.
Taylor became Florida's all-time leading rusher in last Friday's game, breaking Hall of Famer Emmitt Smith's 25 year old record. He recorded 388 yards and six touchdowns in Glade Day School's 43-22 win. The outstanding game boosted his career rushing yards to 8,975. That total is good for 171 yards more than Smith's record at Pensacola, FL. set in 1986. Taylor, the son of former NFL running back Fred Taylor, still has the playoffs of this season and his entire senior year to add to the new record. Will the new Florida rushing record ever be broken?

<title>U.S. Army All-American Bowl NFL Player of the Week: DeMarco Murray</title>
<description>This week's U.S. Army All-American Bowl NFL Player of the Week is Dallas Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray. A 2006 U.S. Army All-American, Murray rushed 25 times for 253 yards and one touchdown against the St. Louis Rams. His 253 yards set the Cowboy's single-game rushing record, previously held by none other than &quot;Hall of Famer&quot; Emmitt Smith. Murray's big game was the sixth game of his young NFL career and just his first in the starting running back role. Another first was his touchdown which came on a 91 yard run, also his first carry of the game.
