      <title>Georgia Bulldogs: The Offense Goes Five-Wide, What&#8217;s That About?</title>
      <description>Unless you were too busy cussin&#8217; and throwin&#8217; (guilty as charged, thank goodness for the DVR option) stuff during the game, it was tough to miss Georgia engaging in some pretty uncharacteristic behavior on the football field against the Volunteers this past Saturday&#8212;I&#8217;m referring to the five-wide offensive set they implemented a time or two, with success. Now, I&#8217;m not so Georgia football astute that I can rattle off every offensive formation I&#8217;ve seen Georgia take since the days of Vince Dooley and the 1980 National Championship&#8212;and trust me there are people who can&#8212;but I do know that since I&#8217;ve been watching the Bulldogs play, I have seen little, if any of that formation. There simply wasn&#8217;t enough personnel for it and, let&#8217;s face it, Georgia is team that has based most of its success on running the football. Even in the days of David Greene and Matthew Stafford, the Bulldogs relied on their stable of backs&#8212;guys like Musa Smith, Knowshon Moreno, Kregg Lumpkin, Thomas Brown, etc.&#8212;to </description>
