Slow it Down: A Cadillac Bus?

When you think of Carnell Williams you surely don't think of a big, powerful back. Williams has great vision and some quick steps, but is 5-11, 215. In this weeks slow-motion rewind you will get a glimpse while even after 2 knee surgeries Williams remains as the starter of the Bucs.
We look at a 2nd and 5 from about the 8 yard line (in High Quality, Slow Motion. Enjoy).

Dolphins Corners Come Full Circle

The Miami Dolphins skipped adding any corners in the 2008 draft opting to build the team from the trenches out. This year, the focus on the secondary was evident when they re-signed Yeremiah Bell and picked up street free agent Gibril “I can’t tackle” Wilson two days before the start of free agency. A move [...]

I know it's all X's and O's around here, but if you're wondering if Yeremiah Bell might buckle beneath the weight of a couple of rough showings by the Miami Dolphins secondary, you might want to consider his former employment....

A Punch To The Stomach. A Glimmer of Hope.

That hurt. A lot. We know. Clearly, the 'bend but don't break' defense of last year is not applicable to this year. Gibril Wilson is incapable of finding good tackling angles. Akin Ayodele was beat soundly. Yeremiah Bell was exposed as a TE-covering dilettante. I get all that. That's as close as I've ever felt to being a Buffalo fan and I never ever want to experience that again.

But there was a glimmer of hope there. There was a sign of some identity on offen...

It almost turned out to be a regrettable move.
