On second thought, Rams sign Bouman

With Bulger cleared for practice after passing his 2nd neuro-psych test, the Rams ran their 60+ million dollar veteran QB through some drills for the past two days.

Complete embarassment - Act I - Scene II

Now this is truly disturbing

Bulger is cleared for practice, but the Rams are being extra cautious with him after he suffered a pretty substantial concussion. Frerotte has very little strength in his throwing arm and has limited range of motion. With me so far? Brock Berlin is getting 0 reps with the starting unit.....

Opportunity knocks - HARD

With Marc Bulger awaiting his second neuro-psych exam on Tuesday to determine his eligibility to start, and Gus Frerotte scheduled to have an MRI on his sore shoulder on the same day, the Rams may find themselves dangerously thin at QB this week.

Bulger unclear and uncleared

Scott Linehan has ruled QB Marc Bulger as out this Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons, but that was an easy call, given the fact that Bulger failed a neuropysch test. Linehan said Bulger still is feeling some residual effects from the concussion that he suffered last Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks. Not completely unrelated, fans are still feeling some residual effects from the nausea they suffered after watching backup QB Gus Frerotte take over the rest of the game.

Promote Brock Now (grassroots effort)

Really, what would be the harm in upgrading our quarterback depth chart to three? The Rams currently have 7 wide receivers on the starting roster, and one of the more promising of those 7, Marques Hagans, doesn't even get any playing time unless the two starting quarterbacks get shellacked. And even then, his playbook consists of one play — the kneel........
