The injury report from yesterday's Browns practice was released in the evening. I was not surprised to see most of the names on the list. Sean Jones is still out with his knee injury. As is Martin Rucker. Neither players participated in any point of practice. Browns rookie Tight End Martin Rucker has a torn meniscus, which will require surgery and keep him out of action for 4-6 weeks. I for one was very impressed with the 6?4?, 260 pound Missouri Tiger both in the Jets game, and at camp. Rucker was getting plenty of reps with the first and second teams with Winslow, Heiden and Cieslak all nursing injuries. In fact, what was a position of strength for the Browns is slowly disintegrating...

Well there won't be any rookie hold-outs this season, which is a good thing considering they are all 4th round or lower picks and can't afford to miss any time at all.
