Philadelphiaeagles.com has an article up about Pro-Bowl defensive end Trent Cole, where he talks about the possibilities of the new additions on defense. The most interesting note in there is the fact Coles plans to play next season at 10 pounds lighter then his 2007 playing weight of 265.

Since we're on the topic of Trent Cole, it's time to start talking about the Eagles pass rush. Perhaps a big reason why the Eagles ended the season 8-8 is because outside of Trent Cole, the Eagles just couldn't generate sacks. In fact, Trent Cole contributed 36% of the Eagles sacks this season.
