<title>Texans Look for a Home Win vs Colts Sunday</title>
      <description>
Both the Houston Texans and Indianapolis Colts are flat out desperate for a win, and each one will do whatever they can on Sunday when they face off at Reliant Stadium Sunday. The Colts are coming off the bye week at 1-2, and have not looked like the Colts that the rest of the NFL has had to fear over the years. If there was something about the Colts you could count on at the start of the year was a fast start - but not this season.
They struggled vs the Bears, had to rally vs the Vikings, and blew a late lead at home to the Jags. Now they have to face a Texans team that sits at 0-3 and is as hungry for a win as any team in the league. Houston played their best game of the year in 08 last week in Jacksonville, but blew a late slim lead and then couldn't stop the Jags in OT in a heart wrenching loss.
Can the Colts start to look like the team that the league has come to expect? It can start this week with Peyton Manning and the offense getting back to form. Manning, who missed all of training camp, has been shaky at best. They have put up 249 yards per game in three games, but have had to rally in two of them, and are hoping to be a little more stable with the WR core and Joseph Addai getting going more with the running game, which is only averaging 64 yards per game - worst in the league.

The defense for the Colts has also been a letdown, as they are 23rd in the league, allowing 340.3 yards per game. They need to be more aggressive, and that is going to be hard without Bob Sanders, who will be out yet again due to injury. Dwight Freeney and that line needs to start pressuring the QB more, and the secondary also needs to start stepping up. It's down to that, or the Colts will again have a tough day vs Matt Schaub and the Texans improving offense.
Houston realizes that overcoming an 0-4 start is going to be next to impossible. They also know that the Colts are team on the ropes. Look for Schaub to attack with guys like Andre Johnson as well as leading pass catcher so far Owen Daniels. Rookie back Steve Slaton is hoping his running mate Ahman Green will be back, and they will look to get over the 100 yards per game they have averaged the first three weeks.
It's a game that could define the season for both teams. Houston wants to prove their slow start is over, and they can get on track. The Colts think they are a team that has simply been beaten up by injuries, and they are still a team that is going to have to be dealt with. The Colts have been here before, and they should take care of business - barely - again on Sunday in Houston.

      <title>Fantasy Football Week 5 Rankings - Tight Ends</title>
<description>With just five tight ends currently sitting above the 25 point plateau (Jason Witten, Antonio Gates, Tony Scheffler, Tony Gonzalez, and Anthony Fasano), the tight end position hasn't been as deep as many experts, ourselves included, thought it would be. An assortment of reasons have attributed to this. For one, some tight ends are just not living up to their potential (i.e Vernon Davis). Others are struggling to put up fantasy numbers because of poor quarterback play, think Owen Daniels and Kellen Winslow. Still more have lost out as their quarterbacks have found new favorite targets (i.e. Chris Cooley).

So, what is the fantasy owner supposed to do in these difficult times. Simple, read through the Bruno Boys Fantasy Football Week 5 Tight End Rankings and find a solid match-up to exploit. Just like the economic crisis, this lack of TE depth won't get fixed in a day, you have to take it one week at a time and hope for the best.

--------------------

1. Antonio Gates (San Diego Chargers) @ Miami

We have a nice little duel brewing for the top tight end spot as Jason Witten and Antonio Gates continue to separate themselves from the rest of the pack. While Gates goes into week 5, trailing Witten by 6 fantasy points, he should be able to make some of that up as the Chargers get set to face a Miami Dolphins pass defense that is giving up 227.3 yards per game and has allowed 6 passing TDs in just 3 games.
Point Projection: 15 points

      <title>Fantasy Football Start Em &amp; Sit Em-Week 4</title>
<description>Sometimes it takes time to make a decision. I mean, just look at the whole Matt Millen fiasco in Detroit. Lions' owner William Clay Ford, really wanted to be sure that Millen was not the guy who would lead the Lions to the promise land before parting ways. It took a 31 - 81 record and 7 years before Ford realized it, but finally the right decision has been made. You though cannot take seven years to decide on your week 4 starters and sitters, but don't worry, we'll help speed up the decision making process. All you need to do is read through the Week 4 Start 'Em &amp; Sit 'Em report below.

--------------------

QUARTERBACKS - START 'EM

Carson Palmer (Cincinnati Bengals) vs. Cleveland

Ok, I guess it's only fair we give Palmer some love in the Start 'Em &amp; Sit 'Em after bashing him the previous two weeks, but it doesn't mean we have to like it. After a miserable opening to the season in which he went for 2 and 1 fantasy points, Palmer gave all those who stuck with him something to smile about as he worked a tough Giants pass D to the tune of 286 yards and 1 TD. Perhaps the Bengals can now start righting the ship. To do so, Palmer will have to play more like he did in the Bengals first match-up with the Browns in 2007 (401 yards, 6 TDs, 2 INTs) than the second (115 yards, 1 TD, 2 INTs). We think he falls somewhere in the middle, meaning a solid start is in store.

      <title>Fantasy Football Week 4 Rankings - Tight Ends</title>
<description>All pre-season long, we harped on the depth of the tight end position, but we never imagined it went this deep. In week 3, the top six tight ends were, in order, Jerramy Stevens, Anthony Fasano, Kevin Boss, Delanie Walker, Dustin Keller, and Visanthe Shiancoe. Just think of the odds you would have gotten in Vegas if you did that pick six. The question for week 4 is whether or not we'll see the regulars climb back on top, or if we'll get another assortment of characters as we did in week 3 reigning supreme. To find out, read the Bruno Boys Fantasy Football Tight End Rankings.

--------------------

1. Antonio Gates (San Diego Chargers) @ Oakland

Gates had two mediocre games vs Oakland in 2007, without finding the end zone, but his numbers against the Raiders in years past are pretty impressive. Gates has scored in two of the Chargers first 3 games, and the Raiders pass defense is struggling mightily this year. They ranked in the bottom ten against the pass, and you should expect Philip Rivers to exploit them early.
Point Projection: 13 points

      <title>Fantasy Football Two Minute Warning - Week 3 Edition</title>
<description>Welcome once again, ye loyal Bruno Boys patrons, to another installment of the Two Minute Warning. This week we'll cover my recommendations from last week (see, I'm not just going to tell you something without being accountable), general thoughts about Week 2 and what it means going forward, and finally, plug and play ideas for your Week 3 lineups. As I mentioned last week, this article is geared to the owner in deeper leagues who needs some help finding that gem off the scrap heap. Again, I ask for your feedback on the article, suggestions for future topics, format changes, etc. You can e-mail me, Joel Stubblefield, at jstubblefield@brunoboys.net. Without further ado, let's begin.

Immediate Plays &#8211; Week 2 Wrap (2-2-1)

Quarterback:

Hurricane Ike derailed my Matt Schaub (HOU) prediction for Week 2, so my apologies to those of you who sought his services. At the time my article was submitted, it seemed like the NFL would do anything possible to play the game....

      <title>Fantasy Football Week 3 Rankings - Tight End</title>
<description>A total of seven tight ends amassed double digit fantasy points in week one of the season, that number was cut in more than half come week 2 as only three tight ends reached the double digit mark. But, that's the rub of the tight end position. Much like a roller coaster, these guys will have their ups and their downs, and it's up to you to figure out when each will occur. Luckily for you though, we are here, and just like that good buddy of yours who let you copy his homework all throughout middle school, we'll let you cheat off our week 3 paper.

So, make sure you get an "A" by reading the Fantasy Football Week 3 Tight End Rankings!

--------------------

1. Antonio Gates (San Diego Chargers) vs. New York Jets

Heading into the season, there were concerns about Gates' health, specifically his sugically repaired toe; however, while in week 2, Gates was on the field, once again catching 4 balls for 61 yards. Gates has now made it through two games without any problems from the toe and appears ready to fight for the top TE spot. A match-up against a Jets defense that gave up double digit fantasy points to both TE David Martin and TE Anthony Fasano in week one, should help the cause.
Point Projection: 14 points

--------------------

2. Jason Witten (Dallas Cowboys) @ Green Bay

While Witten has yet to find paydirt in 2008, he's racked up enough yardage to keep his fantasy owners happy, totaling 206 receiving yards in the Cowboys first two games. The Cowboys seem to be operating on all cylinders right now on the offensive side of the ball, something made evident by the 41 points they put up on the Eagles this past Monday Night. Look for Romo and Witten to hook up a good deal in their Sunday Night match-up against the Green Bay Packers' 22nd ranked defense.
Point Projection: 13 points

<title>Hurricane forces Ravens-Texans game to move to Monday night</title>
<description>HOUSTON -- The Houston Texans' game against the Baltimore Ravens was moved to Monday night at 8:30 p.m. EDT because of Hurricane Ike.

The game was originally scheduled for Sunday afternoon.

Hurricane Ike was headed toward the Texas coast as a category 3 storm Thursday. It was expected to make landfall between Houston and Corpus Christi sometime early Saturday morning.

The game will be broadcast on CBS stations in Houston, Baltimore and Washington as well as several smaller secondary markets.

The Ravens are scheduled to fly to Texas on Sunday afternoon.

"We understand completely why the change had to be made," Ravens coach John Harbaugh said. "We'll adjust our schedules."

This isn't the first time a game time has been changed because of an impending hurricane. In 2004, a game in Miami between the Dolphins and Pittsburgh Steelers was moved from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. to allow Hurricane Jeanne to pass through the area.

Ravens offensive coordinator Cam Cameron worked for the Chargers in 2003 when California wildfires caused a game against the Miami Dolphins to be moved to Monday night at Arizona State's Sun Devil Stadium.

"We all have an understanding that it's a blessing to coach or play in an NFL game," he said. "Just tell us when the game is and where to play it and we'll play it."

Texans tight end Owen Daniels said the hurricane isn't a distraction and is a bit intrigued at the prospect of going through one. He has a degree in atmospheric and oceanic sciences and hopes to be a television weatherman one day.

"I would say [I'm] more fascinated and interested to know what it's actually like or what it looks like or what it feels like than scared by what is going to happen," he said. "I think if we were out closer to the gulf I would be a little more scared."

Texans center Chris Myers said he went through Hurricane Andrew, the last category 5 storm that made landfall in the United States, in Florida in 1992 when he was 11 years old.

"After going through a category 5 hurricane anything else is kind of, you know, nothing after that," he said. "So, I'm kind of working with it right now and we're ... focused on Baltimore right now."

The Texans moved their scheduled Friday practice to Thursday night to allow players to have Friday off to take care of their homes and families. The players are scheduled to be off until Sunday morning, but that could change depending on the severity of the storm.

"I think right now it's just concern for our city and that everybody is going to be OK with this storm coming," coach Gary Kubiak said after practice Thursday night. "We were able to get our work done today and I can get these coaches and these players where they should be for the next two days and that's with their families. I hope everything will be OK."</description>

      <title>Fantasy Football Week 2 Rankings - Tight Ends</title>
<description>One week down. Sixteen more to go. No matter how your week one went, good or bad, just remember it's a whole new ball game this time around. To make sure you have the best possible line-up going, check out the Bruno Boys Fantasy Football Week 2 Tight End Rankings below.

--------------------

1. Jason Witten (Dallas Cowboys) vs. Philadelphia

Witten fell just short of 100 receiving yards (96 yards total) in the Cowboys thumping of the Cleveland Browns, but we like his chances to hit the century mark in Week 2. The Eagles secondary was just about flawless last week, but they did allow five receptions for 77 receiving yards to the tight end position. Plus, we like Witten's chances to find pay dirt.
Point Projection: 16 points
