2009 Denver Broncos Training Camp - 8/2 AM Report - Gotta warm up and cool down

Another workout is in the books, and like the previous 3 practices the Broncos went long and worked hard. One player(Vernon Fox) returned to the practice field while another(Brandon Marshall) limped off. Such is part of the daily grind at a NFL Training Camp.
One thing I have noticed, among the several things this camp has done differently compared to 2008, is the extended warm up and cool down session at the beginning and end of practice. While it may seem like comm...

Stokley Among Four Broncos Not at Practice Wednesday

Wide receiver Brandon Stokley headed a list of four Broncos that did not participate in practice on Wednesday.
Stokley was sidelined with a foot injury, while tackle Ryan Clady was out with an ankle problem. Guard Chris Kuper was on the shelf with hand trouble and safety Vernon Fox was suffering from a concussion.

Broncos Sign Safety Lowry and OG Murray

From: Denver Post
The Broncos waived safety Calvin Lowry and signed offensive guard Pat Murray from Seattle's practice squad. Lowry had started three games at safety for the Broncos but was replaced in recent weeks by veteran Vernon Fox and became expendable with the emergence of rookie Josh Barrett.
