Sam Hurd still doesn't have a catch, but ask Titans safety Chris Hope whether Hurd has made an impact. On the second down draw, Hope was in position to stop Marion Barber after a gain of about 2. That was until Hurd came flying in from the side and knocked Hope off his feet, opening up a nice hole. It's more proof that Hurd, who is splitting time with Miles Austin in three-receiver sets, is by far the best blocking receiver on the roster.

I am not overly upset that Williams is suspended for a game. I am just concerned that the rule is unevenly applied in the NFL. It's based on judgment, not science. I tend to agree with Chris Hope.
