Game Notes: Rockets at Thunder

by Sean Ceglinsky
Ford Center in Oklahoma City is about as far away from home, sunny Southern California, as can be.
Nevertheless, there I was on Sunday night, working smack dab in the center of the United States, covering the Rockets and Thunder game instead of enjoying my holiday vacation. Bottom line: Catching Kevin Durant live, in action, was way too good of an opportunity to pass up.
Giving up a little free time was well worth it considering Durant was on point from the opening tip until...

Line of the Night (11/25): Kevin Durant

The Thunder beat the Jazz last night in Utah, 104-94, behind Kevin Durant’s 28 points, eight assists, five rebounds, one steal and one blocked shot. Oklahoma City is improved, but this is a game that the Jazz *should* win. They have two All-Star caliber players in Deron Williams and Carlos Boozer, along with a slew [...]

Who Says There's Nothing To Do In Oklahoma City?

You're young, rich, one of the most talented players on the planet. If you're Kevin Durant, how do you spend your days off? Getting into slapfights, and filming them. Because I've had my fill of hate mail recently, and because OKC fans have already made their feelings known when I dared to suggest that the wind is the defining feature of their city, I'm going to refrain from pointing out that if KD played in New York or L.A., there are actually clubs and bars that are open ...

Kevin Durant’s Brother: OK City Is “Wack, Sh—y”

Let’s be honest, very few people know Tony Durant as anything other than the older brother of Oklahoma City’s Kevin Durant. (If that.)

(Had to work in the blank photo - always a nice touch)
But thanks to some indiscretionary Tweets the past few days, his notoriety among Thunder fans is beginning to grow.

Kevin Durant Wants You to Know He's a Team Player

by Chris TomassonFiled under: Thunder, FanHouse ExclusiveTULSA, Okla. -- It's no surprise Kevin Durant is really pushing the team angle this week. When asked by FanHouse if he wants to play for Team USA in the World Championships next summer in Turkey, the Oklahoma City forward couldn't stop talking about how badly he wants to represent his country. Sounds as if he'd settle for the role of scorekeeper.Asked, though, about wanting to play next February in his first All-Star Game, Du...

PAWG of the week: Mar 27, 2009

I know it's been a while folks but the world's most gutter jew is back to lace you with a new phat butted white broad. It's getting tougher and tougher folks, it's not easy to continually find women of caucasia with extraordinary rump. I had to call for backup on this one.

This week's PAWG was referred to me by my boy Byron. Byron played high school ball with Mike Beasley and Kevin Durant. He's also humped several of my co-workers. Anyway, we all have Byron to thank for.........

D'nika Romero!!!!

This phat white specimen is actually a fitting PAWG this week since she played college ball herself. D'nika was a member of the Texas A&M Lady Aggies basketball team. I'm guessing that A&M stands for A$$ and Mo' A$$!!! Lawd I would give a good chunk of my paycheck to have this buxom flour doggie block me out on the boards.

Now remember ladies, not to discriminate but I'm talking to the cave chicks. Bringing the PAWG of the week is hard damn work! Help me out snow bunnies. If you're packin' in the cheeks, take a picture of your butt and send it to us and you too could possibly be the next PAWG of the week. Definitely something prestigious to strive for. Until then, Shalom y'all and follow ya boy on twitter. www.twitter.com/fuzzybyskitz

My Road Trip

This past week i was a traveling man, something i should get use to, I went to Las Vegas and Portland, Oregon. It was a good trip I had a lot of fun even though I didn't get a chance to ride New York New York in Vegas. In Vegas I was at the USA National Team Press conference. It was just Kevin Durant and I we were not there for very long but it was good. He and I are pretty cool even though I must say my suit looked GOOD!!!! There is no competition between me and him we just do what we do, which is breathe, eat, ball, go out, and sleep (in that order lol). I feel the comparisions between me and him are ridiculous we don't play the same position, we have two different styles and personalities, and grew up in two different places. I guess since we are looked at as the two best prospects in this years draft we will always be connected. Back to the press conference really it was nothing a couple of comments from Mr. Colangolo then Kevin and Myself which was 10 mins at most. Then we had individual interviews which are nothing but fun and i like to say the tv once no matter what i said it wouldn't matter cause that suit looked GOOD, as anyone can feel now i really liked that suit. After Vegas I went to Portland to meet with Nike. Nike is amazing I loved my trip, meeting with the people there who are very good people, made my week. The Campus was nice to, just kidding, it was so nice very big though. The second day I was there when i went through all the presentations was amazing i got chills watching the Lance Armstrong and Tiger Woods commercials they made my mom cry, which isn't hard cause she is very emotional, i will not be suprise if she cried if i was drafted first. Back to Nike, the things they did for me was like a college visit you see on tv, with all the picture of me over the campus. I saw a guy with a Ohio State shirt and I got hype I was like thats amazing someone who loves Ohio State then once i saw 30 more people with the same shirt I was like hold up not all these people like Ohio State, but its ok. Commenting on the city of Portland it is very beautiful especially when the sun is out, I heard it rains just a little bit there lol naw a lot but while i was there it didn't rain that much. The trees and mountains were very nice its a place that when I get older I would love to raise a family there. An my last spot about Portland Fred Jones is a real cool person.
