I didn't watch the whole thing and I'd rather turn the floor over to people that did, so stats-only on this long recap.
My only quick thought is this: we need role players. Badly. Right now, eight of the Wizards' 15 players on the roster have career usage rates (meaning the percentage of possessions they end with a turnover, shot or drawn...

Wizards get their first back-to-back victories of the season

With Nick Young in the starting line up the Wizards have now won two in a row, and that is a good thing.
The third year guard out of the University of Southern Cal had easily his best night of the season tonight as he helped his club cruise to a 94-84 victory over Miami. Young registered his season high in points(22), minutes (37), rebounds (4), and assists(5) for the second consecutive game and in the process played outstanding defense on one of the leagues best players, Dwyane Wade.

Dusting Off A Boxed Nick Young & Wizards vs. Heat Round 3: What You Need To Know

It was easy to deduce that a certain jovial nature had returned to the Wizards’ clubhouse, one that had the DC Sports Bog’s Dan Steinberg display a sense of giddiness as he exited the locker room after Tuesday’s win against Philadelphia.
Of course, this mostly started with the release of the team’s biggest character, Gilbert Arenas, [...]
