Creamer, fresh off Solheim win, out of Safeway

Paula Creamer has withdrawn from the LPGA's Safeway Classic. Creamer played last week for the U.S. team at the Solheim Cup, won by the Americans. Earlier this week, Creamer said she was fighting a bug. A stomach ailment kept her out of two events earlier this year. The Safeway Classic started Friday at the Ghost Creek Course at Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club west of Portland. Ten of the 12 Solheim Cup team members are playing in the tournament. It's been a frustrating year for Paula Creamer so far in 2009. She's had some good showings - a couple Top 5s - but has been plagued by a mysterious illness. It hasn't been serious enough to knock her of action, save for one tournament where she had to withdraw; but it's been persistent and nasty.Here's hoping Paula feels better soon.

I love the LPGA, and one of the best things about is Paula Creamer's ass. Well, Paula Creamer in general, but in particular her butt. Paula is callipygous. So I was shocked and horrified to see this photo: Good Lord, Paula, what happened? Has everything you've eaten in the past six months suddenly gone straight to your hips? On the bright side, she now has even more ballast for the golf swing.

Those of you out there hoping and hoping for a Paula Creamer bikini calendar (you know who you are!) will have to be satisfied - for now, anyway - with this watermark-obscured sample from Creamer's 2009 calendar for Golf Digest Japan. This is the third year that Creamer has done a calendar for GDJ (click her name in the labels below to see examples from prior years), which, alas, is available only in Japan.

The Top 10 Sexiest Golfers is a joke

For those of you who didn't see the Top 10 Sexiest golfers on the golf channel you missed out. Like all shows on the golf channel it will be replayed 56 times in the next 2 weeks so I am sure you can catch it. There are to really key points to talk about on this list- ONE is the fact that if Christie Kerr is in your top 5! The LPGA tour needs new requirements for getting on tour, because they have to do better than this. If they showed close up shots on just about any LPGA tour player without makeup on (especially Paula Creamer) you couldn't print it in any magazine or post it on any website. The LPGA website would just be words because no one would be able to look at it for more than 5 seconds. I don't know how that tour stays alive, but I guarantee I would watch if they got hotter players and made them play in less clothes. I mean should any top 10 sexiest players in a sport include men? This is the sad part, 7 out of 10 in golf were men, and they forgot me! So really 8 out of 10. I guess we could boycott the LPGA tour until their players are more attractive but that would require us to watch it at some point and I would recommend us never doing that. Big Bachelor party in Vegas this weekend, should come back with some great stories and some dynamite pictures/videos!
