Finally some good news headed in the direction of the Atlanta Braves, in maybe the biggest trade since acquiring Mark Teixiera from the Texas Rangers the Braves have traded for Jake Peavy of the San Diego Padres. Details of the trade have yet to be released, but speculation would say that other players included would be Khalil Greene, Yunel Escobar, and possibly Josh Anderson.

Khalil Greene would be an All-Star every year if he didn't call Petco home. Based on this Ducksnorts post, Baseball Musings posed this question? "While managers platooned players based on handedness for decades, I've often wondered if home/road platoons might be appropriate in extreme parks." In Greene's case, it might make sense.
