      <title>Titans Agree To Contract With Draft Pick</title>
      <description>The Titans have agreed to a multiyear contract with seventh-round draft pick Cary Williams.The cornerback joins other draft picks Lavelle Hawkins and Stanford Keglar.  That leaves four more to be signed before training camp opens July 25. The 6-2, 190 pound Williams was the 229th pick overall out of Division II Washburn. He spent three years at Washburn with a redshirt season but started his career at Fordham. Williams had 11 interceptions and averaged 25.5 yards on kickoff returns with two touchdowns in his career at Washburn.</description>

The team released cornerback Shirdonya Mitchell and tight end Leonard Stephens. The team did this so the two fourth-round picks they signed that became official on Thursday LB Stanford Keglar and WR Lavelle Hawkins can join the roster.</description>
