Safety Michael Lewis left the game in the fourth quarter with a quad strain. And backup running back Glen Coffee sustained a concussion in the fourth quarter. Those appear to be the players who might not be able to rebound for Thursday's game against the Bears. After all, the 49ers did not seem to offend their six previous first-round draft picks over the past four years. The 49ers have also been proactive about signing young players - including Shawntae Spencer, Michael Robinson, Frank Gore, Delanie Walker, Parys Haralson and Joe Staley - to lucrative contract extensions. Delanie Walker, the 49ers sixth-round draft pick in 2006, received a three-year extension worth $6 million this offseason. The deal included a $1.8 million signing bonus. He is now signed through the 2012 season.
