Well it's now official, there seemed to be some confusion as to who was being designated to make room for the players the Mets wanted to call-up. Initially it was reported that Lugo was designated but then Willie Collazo was on the actual transaction list. Then it was reported that both Collazo and Lugo were designated but while Collazo was removed from the 40 man roster Lugo's name remained.
