Chris Brown leaked nude Rihanna photos?

Nothing like the fallout of a bad breakup.
Cellphone nude Rihanna pics leaked onto the Net and rumour has it, Chris Brown was the culprit (of course).
Def Jam Records sent a letter to websites that published the photos demanding the photos be taken down, calling the photos a violation of the artist’s rights..
It’s unclear whether Brown [...]

After experiencing alleged domestic abuse at the hands of singer Chris Brown, it figures that R&B songstress Rihanna would be on the rebound looking for a man to treat her right. And it seems that the beauty from Barbados has bounced her way into the arms of an NBA baller.

Rihanna is with leather, spikes

by Mr. E, Staff Writer Last night's American Music Awards had a few surprises. One, Kanye West did not go nuts and spike his awards (he won two of them). And two, the "Artist of the Year" was R&B star, all-around decent dancer Chris Brown. Regardless of all of that, those that stayed up late ...

We Made It!

Yup, we finally made it to California!

It's been a long crazy trip, but it was definitely worth it. We arrived in California Monday morning, and the second I got off the plane, I was rushed out of the airport. I'm not exactly sure what the issue was, but there was some problem and they needed everyone out of the airport ASAP. I grabbed the number to US Airways and hopped in my car and headed to my hotel. My bag was dropped off later in the afternoon, but I'm still not sure what exactly was going down at the airport, but I wasn't trying to hang around and see either.

We're staying at a hotel in down town Hermosa, and we actually got a place a few blocks away that we can move into next Tuesday, so we're pretty fired up. So far it's been incredible man. I've gotten to run and work out by the beach everyday, had some chicken and waffles last night (off the chains), played some pick up basketball down the street, and found a place to live. It's definitely been a productive 2 days here. Other then the jeans that are entirely too tight that dudes out here wear, I've got no issues with this place at all.

It's been pretty busy with trying to find somewhere to live, attempting to stay on top of work and consistently check my e-emails, and trying to organize everything else in my life. I'm not complaining though, I'm figuring it out.

Next week will be a bit busier as I've got to make connections with all of the local lacrosse retailers and start to really get the STX presence going out here. I've also got to move into my new place as well! I can't wait to take a picture from the balcony, got a nice view of the ocean.

Reading Colin Doyle's blog is making me get really excited for the season. It's only about 2 months away and I can't wait to get back out there with my new team. From speaking with all the guys on the team through various team e-mails, I know the rest of the guy's are fired up as well and it's going to be a lot of fun this season.

We were driving around yesterday and we saw a little cliff in PV and Brett didn't think I could toss a lacrosse ball from the cliff to the ocean, so of course we had to stop and give it a shot. I did it, but not by much. It was definitely a little farther then I thought. I'll attach a picture of where we were.

Saw a hilarious video on youtube the other day. Some cat challenged Chris Brown to a dance off in Minnesota in the middle of a basketball game outside. Now I'm not hating on anyone, but that seems to me like the wrong dude to challenge to a dance off, especially in front of other people, and especially when you know there are camera's on. Either way, if you need some quick entertainment be sure to look that up.

That's all I got for now, need to go run around and get my life together.

I'll catch up with you all soon.

Confused....

So, did anyone watch the VMA's last night? I for one am still confused as to what exactly was going on! Now, I'm a fan of all types of music, so it was great to see all the different groups collaberating (Weezy/fall out boy was hot) and Kanye's performance walking around the Palm's was hot as well. However that was easily the most confusing awards show I've ever watched. For one, it looked like the camera man had a hand held cam corder and was in the middle of a mosh pit trying to shoot the show! The camera was literally bouncing up and down and moving side to side the entire time! Definitely hard to follow. There were random people performing through out the night, but you couldn't tell if it was a part of the show, or just a few random dudes playing guitar in the hotel. Then it would cut to commercial, and then back to someone else performing. I was trying to follow it, and if I'm the only one that was struggling I'd be surprised. On a different note, Chris Brown killed it! It was by far the best performance of the night. 50, JT and TImbaland did their thing as well.
What did everyone think of Britney? I'm not going to hate on her because I absolutely detest haters, I actually want to see her do well. She did her thing back in the day and it's a shame she's had to deal with all of this negativity the past couple years. But, with that being said, she got to open for the VMA's to launch her back into the spot light and she looked SO disinterested. I don't think her performance was 'bad' but I do think it lacked energy and conviction, which are the two things she was GREAT at doing while performing before. I had to put my head down when I was watching it! It made me so uncomfortable! You know like when someone's awkwardly dancing off beat (not on purpose) or when that contestant gave that wack answer a few weeks ago...it's embarassing to watch, which is kind of how I felt watching Britney! I'm not hating, I want her to do well and I think she was extremely talented at her type of music a few years back, and I hope she finds what she had because that wasn't it last night.
The competition going on between Kanye and 50 is extremely refresshing for hip hop right now, it's awesome to watch. I thought Mary J Blige made a great point in saying that the competition between Kanye and 50 is exactly what Hip Hop was built on. There's no negativity, no violence, it's simply about whose the hottest mc, period. I was reading the new Rolling Stone (50/Kanye cover) and I got to thinking...fans of hip hop in general will buy both cd's but the Kanye West fan is completely different from the 50 cent fan. They are two completely different styles of hip hop. Should definitely be interesting to see who out sells who. Either way, they are both disgustingly talented and doing a lot of positive things for hip hop.
In the spirit of football season starting, my boy and I went outside to toss around the football a little bit, and as usual, something hilarious went down. Well, I live in downtown Baltimore, so there are cars lining the streets making if pretty difficult to run patterns (I know, your thinking why are we running patterns anyway..). Either way, Evan takes off down the street throws a fake left (not sure who he was faking) and bust right, across the street and I tossed it out there for him, but I lead him entirely too much. Rather then letting it go this idiot dove to catch it, got up ended by the hood of a car and slid across on the the side walk.Thank god he didn't get hurt, but it was one of the dumber things I've seen in quite some time. I was in tears laughing, as was he. I got to start carrying a video camera around more and start recording this stuff. At the very least it would be funny to look back on years from now.
The week should be relatively relaxed hopefully. I'm pumped to watch my Ravens tonight, it's going to be an awesome atmosphere and a great way to start out the season on Monday night baby.
Oh yeah, I remember something annoying I wanted to share. So, me and my boy were flying home from Denver on Sunday, and we took southwest. Now I'm a window guy because I pretty much sleep every flight I'm on, and Bense likes the isle, so clearly the middle seat was open. On the flight out, we were lucky and the flight wasn't full, so we had it open all flight. On this flight, we it was open and right before they closed the doors, some dude comes sprinting on the plane. Of course, he walks right up to us and request to sit down. Bense gets up and this car takes his time sitting down! He lifted up all the arm rest took a few things out of his bag, put his bag under the seat, pulled it back out to grab one last thing (keep in mind benson is standing up the whole time and this cat is sitting in the isle seat organizing things). Then he slides into his seat, takes my seat belt instead of his own. It was an honest mistake, so I had no issues with is. Now that he's situated, it smelled AWFUL all of a sudden. I was heated! You know that smell when clothes sat in the washing machine too long before being put in the dryer for too long? Well yeah, that was the smell and it was ROUGH. So this cat smells bad, it took forever sitting down, and his got his legs all up in my area and he's using both arm rest. So, I tried to lean more against the window and read a few magazines (Rolling Stone, ESPN, US Weekly) and this dude is steady leaning on my shoulder trying to read with ME!!!!!!!! I haven't been that annoyed in a few years. I couldn't believe this cat. We thought we were on some prank television show because we couldn't believe how ridiculous he was. I pray I'll never have to sit next to him again.
Next week I head out to LA for a few days, then to Vegas for a few days, so I'll have all kinds of good stories I'm sure.
Have an awesome week, and be sure to watch the Ravens do their thing tonight!!

First Saturday in 5 months free!!!

What's going on YB family? I hope everybody had a great week. I know mine was amazing being back in Baltimore for the entire week. I got to see my family, clean up around the house a bit, and just relax which was incredible. I guess I would definitely trade it all if it meant my team got to be in the play off's, but there's always next year. Oh yeah, almost forgot, for anyone that lives out in Vegas or close enough to drive there, I am going to be playing in a tournament there on Sept 21-23, and it should have some pretty good competition so come check it out if you've got some time! In lacrosse, one of the unique things about the sport is that there are tournaments held all over the world, where any sponsor can enter a team and more often then not, the best players around are at these tournaments so it's great competition. There are torunaments all over the country (Vail, Ocean City MD, Lake Placid, Hawaii, Portland, Miami, etc..) and there are also tournaments all over Europe as well. Professional guys aren't allowed to play in any tournaments during the summer (which is our season (May-August) because of obvious reasons (can't get hurt during the season playing in tournaments). These tournaments are at the very heart of our sport, and it's a great way for fans to interact with the players. The fan's sit right on the side lines and after the game everyone goes and hangs out together at the bar, or people are grilling on the field, it's really an amazing atmosphere. I love playing in those tournaments and I'm excited to get out to Vegas and get another one going!

Speaking of excited, it's football season baby! Yes! And Basketball is right around the corner, fall is by far the best time of year. Living right in downtown Baltimore a few blocks away from M&T bank (Where the Ravens play), there is NOTHING like a sunday morning when the street's are lined with people dressed in purple, everyone just so excited about the game that's about to go down. I literally plan my whole weekend around what time the Ravens game is on Sunday, so I can't wait. As for basketball being around the corner, it's always been my first love so I can't wait to watch this year, especially with all the young talent coming in the league. I've got to pick a team this year I think though. I've always been a player fan. There are like 5 or 6 players that I am a huge fan of and I carefully watch them all season long, but as far as an actual team that I'm loyal to, there hasn't been one since the Bulls in the 90's. I know, lame, I've got to step my game up a bit. I could jump on the Wizards bandwagon like everyone else in Baltimore did with them being the closest team to Balto and Agent 0 playing so well, but I think I'm going to hold off on that for now. I'll pick a team sooner, or later, and I'll be sure to keep you updated. I'm excited to watch Greg Oden and Kevin Durant play this year as well. It was pretty cool to see two young guys in the college game last year completely dominate. They're two of the most talented athletes I've seen in awhile, and both seem like great people and hard workers, so I know they'll do well.

Alright, so for the most part, I got some good feed back on the most recent debate between my boys, and I appreciate it. But as usual, we've been arguing again and I need some more feed back. So, two quick questions, for starters, what's the best sitcom ever? I've got my opinion on this one, and I feel very strongly about it, and I'm pretty sure there's not an argument that I can't win about this topic! So, what do you think? Top to bottom BEST sitcom ever. Not funniest. Not most dramatic. Not most realistic. Simply THe BEST sitcom ever. Yup, there should only be one show in your head right now and it should be about a big eared kid from Philly, but I'll get more into my opinion there after I hear some of your thoughts.

Secondly, ok, it's hard to ask....I'm gonna go for it...Is Justin Timerlake cool? I'm havin a real serious internal battle these days. I'm a fan, I always have been, and I think the dude is disgustingly talented. I went to a concert of his in VA a few months back and he did EVERYTHING. I'm talking key board, guitar, piano, got on the drums a bit, danced and sung all night....I haven't seen someone entertain like that this Michael (yup, I said it). I'm not putting him on that level, I'm just saying as an entertainer this dude is CRAZY good. So my best friend Bense can't take him seriously because of JT's little stint in the boy band. Say's he's soft, sounds like a girl, almost cried when he got punk'd...All valid arguments I guess, but the there's literally NOTHING he can't do when it comes to music. He went from boy band lead singer, to best friends with Tim, doing songs with Snoop and 50? I'm saying, not too many cats can pull that off. In fact, I'm going to his concert again in LA on Sept 19 right before the Vegas tournament I'm playing in! Yup, I'll say it, i'm a fan, guy's got a lot more talent that most other people in the game right now. What do you think?

Well, it may be time for me to roll out of bed and go up to my parents house and play with my niece fo a bit. Actualy...I just checked the weather and it say's it's supposed to be 102 here today, that's absolutely gross, I may not leave my house all day because of it, and I'm now in an awful mood!

Watching MTV right now, last question, what's the best song of the summer? I think there have got to be a couple up there. Soldier boy? Umbrella doesn't count because it was played entirely too much and I don't like the music video (though the remix with Chris Brown is hot).

Alright, that's it for now. I'll be sure to check in again next week. Talk to you all soon and have a GREAT weekend.
