The Los Angeles Clippers had brought into their pre season roster David Noel. From an article I found from the Los Angeles Times onlin, the Clippers head coach Mike Dunleavy has decided to let go of the ex Tar Heel.

Looking around the NBA for ex Tar Heels I found this small article about David Noel. The Los Angeles Clippers have signed Noel (along with other three free agents), putting the number of player on the training camp roster at 18.

While people everywhere were going off on the fact that someone on the national team was putting their NCAA ring on eBay and selling it, I didn't touch the story for a second. Why? Because (pun alert) it had a bad "ring" to it.
