For the first time in 11 years, the Pac-10 4x100m relay crown belongs to the Bruins as the foursome of Jamal Alston, Karlton Rolle, Stan Griffin and Brandon Smith edged out crosstown rival USC for the title at the Pac-10 Championships in Eugene, OR to highlight the men's squad. Jim Tressel's 2009 recruiting class is just about complete. About 7 months ahead of schedule. Ohio State has early verbal commitments from 23 players.
