Watching Sherk vs. Griffin at UFC 90 was both fun and hilarious. Not only do Sherk and Griffin have similar skill sets, they have similar builds as well. They are both short, squat and have short arms and legs. They look like weightlifters, and without the advent of modern MMA, it is very possible they could've become competitive lifters. But they are competitive fighters, and here's how the battle went down.

Alves vs. Koscheck was the most exciting UFC 90 ass kicking that was not a knockout. The fight went the distance, but Alves cruised via unanimous decision, and the whooping was even more obvious on video.

The UFC will make their debut in Chicago tonight for UFC 90: Silva vs. Cote. The night of fights will be highlighted by the main event featuring the UFC Middleweight Champion and best pound-for-pound fighter in the world, Anderson Silva as he defends his title against Patrick Cote. There are 10 fights slated to take place and it should be a great night of fights. I'm especially excited since this will be the first UFC event I will attend in person. UFC 90 marks the return of UFC middleweight champion and the world's top pound-for-pound fighter Anderson Silva back to the middleweight class. And whenever Silva fights, it's must-see TV. So without further adieu, here's how InGameNow foresees things going down in the Octagon on Saturday night. Fabricio Werdum v. Junior dos Santos Fabricio Werdum comes into just his 4th UFC fight with an already impressive list of UFC fights, accepting challenges from Andrei Arlovski, Gabriel Gonzaga, and Brandon Vera - his only blemish being a decision lost to Arlovski. But for Gonzaga and Vera? Werdum dealt with them quickly, landing TKO wins by punches. Junior dos Santos comes into this fight a mystery. In fact, not even Dana White has seen the guy fight. But he comes into the octagon with a strong enough reputation for Dana to give him a shot. He has a purple belt in Jiu-Jitsu and can apparently throw a punch with the best of them. Anderson Silva could be in for a surprise against Patrick Cote

I'm not saying Anderson Silva would lose to Patrick Cote, but Cote is gonna be a tougher opponent than people give him credit for. Who knows? With knockout power in both hands and an iron chin, if Cote catches Silva at the right time, like Kimbo vs. Petruzelli, Cote could win via knockout. How many rounds will it take for Silva to dispose of Cote?

Thiago Alves is the latest victim of BJ Penn. Thiago should be getting his title shot after destroying his last two opponents. He TKO'd both Karo Parisyan and Matt Hughes. GSP should be fighting Thiago next, instead of BJ Penn, who is just 4-3 when he fights above his natural 155 pound weight class. If BJ does manage to beat GSP, I hope Thiago gets first crack at him at 170 pounds, maybe we could see BJ's first loss by KO.
