Another day and another starter struggles, I hope they get it all out of their systems in spring training otherwise we won't need our vaunted bullpen. It sure is quite a statement when the guy called inventory at the start of spring is now pitching like the second best starter on the team. Johan Santana looks brilliant and Livan Hernandez keeps chugging ( seemed like a fitting adjective) along but the rest of the rotation is all over the place. The Boston Red Sox may lose reserve outfielder Bobby Kielty. Kielty re-signed with the team in the off-season knowing he'd only have a roster spot if Coco Crisp was trade.
