According to The Gazette, Brunswick police say Cunningham entered a 24-hour tobacco pipe store and waved a 9mm handgun in the air. He allegedly went to a display case and stole a water pipe (aka bong) valued at $447 and fled the store. Police later spotted Cunningham in his truck sitting in the driveway of a home. They found Cunningham with the pipe and pistol. Fox 8 in Cleveland says he admitted to the robbery. Cunningham was taken to the Medina County Jail.
