Meet Washaun Ealey...

Filthy as sin, and 100% Dawg. If this reel is a bit dirty in general, and I posit that it is, then things regress to absolute squalor around the 1:45 mark. Nasty! I just hope that poor kid can walk again one day. More after the jump...

Florida safety Jamar Hornsby illegally used a dead girl's credit card... for six months. Not exactly a one-time indiscretion. Hornsby stole the credit card when he was helping clean the deceased's apartment on the day following her death. What a guy.

Florida's defense key to title hopes

Urban Meyer's well on his way to having the fastest team in America on the offensive side of the ball. But do the Gators have another non-BCS year ahead of them, or does the defense have what it takes for UF to wind up in Miami?

Recruit accidentally shatters Florida Gators' 2006 National Championship trophy

Prospect tight end Orson Charles shattered Florida football's 2006 National Championship trophy last week when he bumped into it while taking pictures of quarterback Tim Tebow's Heisman trophy. The crystal trophy was valued at $35,000. I'm guessing there's no chance of the Gators giving money to Charles under the table next season...or recruiting him for that matter. Tim Tebow is probably happy it wasn't his trophy that shattered, at least...

The Gators Biggest Fumble...The BCS Trophy

Urban Meyer might have to reiterate the importance of not dropping the ball again. This fumble is going to cost the University of Florida a little more than $4,000.

On Friday the 2006 BCS Championship Trophy (The one with the Waterford crystal ball on top) was nudged of the table in the temporary coach's offices.

The main question should be:
Why is the trophy on a table? Shouldn't it be in a glass case or something that signifies importance?

Fortunately for The Gators, they planned to purchase a second trophy in Glendale, Arizona and will have it soon.

Tim Tebow plays in Spring Game despite 102 Degree fever, Malaria, and Chicken Pox

I admit it.... I tuned into the Florida spring game/ Tim Tebow love-fest on ESPN on Saturday. While it may be Florida football, it's spring and personally, I'm in football withdrawl. A couple of things that I noticed during the Florida Spring Game:
1.Tim Tebow can Cure Cancer
2.Tim Tebow's father may just be the leader of a cult
3.Tim Tebow is an idiot.
4.Urban Meyer is an idiot for letting Tebow play in the game.

Ok, now before you start saying, "How can you call the Heisman Trophy winner an idiot?". HE PLAYED THE GAME WITH A 102 FEVER. I respect Tim Tebow, I really do. If he would have struggled out onto the field for the SEC championship I would respect that, not to mention Lee Corso's head would probably explode after the 50th time he mentioned how tough Tebow is, but lets look at the facts here.
-It's a Spring Game
-The game means nothing
-Why is he playing, is someone really itching at the Heisman Trophy Winner's heals for playing time?
-Is Urban Meyer just plain out stupid?

If I'm Urban Meyer and Tebow's temperature reaches 98.7 degrees(0.1 above for the genius') he is not f'in touching that field for a spring game. It's the Heisman Trophy winner for god's sake! As a Buckeye Fan I could care less if Tebow gets decapitated, but I just cant believe Meyer let something like this happen.

On another note, the "Students vs. Football Players 40" was Bullshit. If i was a student that competed in all those preliminary trials to compete for a scholarship, than was about to race for it, and the player didn't run against me, but rather just had his 40 timed against mine. I would be furious. Now, I'm not saying that they would have beaten Chris Rainey, hes fast as hell. But at least give the kids a shot to race against the player they had been training to race against for weeks. Plus, if one of the kids would have beaten Rainey, I would've loved to hear Herbstreit explain "SEC speed" after the race, it would've been one for the centuries.
Shame on you Urban, Shame on you.
