LSU's pariah QB selects Jacksonville St.

Former LSU QB Ryan Perrilloux announced that he will play next season for the Jacksonville St. Gamecocks. Because it is not a D-1 school, Perrilloux will be able to play without having to sit out for a season.

Black Colleges Should Not Be Ryan Perrilloux's New Pond

Ryan Perrilloux is a young man who has come of age in the limelight, and acted less than his age outside of it. If his mentality would not change with national attention and the world at his feet, there's no reason to expect different at Jackson State, Grambling University, or Alabama State; three of the colleges allegedly interested in suiting Perrilloux up in the future.

Ryan Perrilloux officially ruined his own career

LSU has finally rid themselves of the trouble that is QB Ryan Perrilloux, after the malcontent failed a drug test. Perrilloux was the most highly recruited QB coming out of high school and orginally committed to Texas but then spurned the Longhorns for LSU. Upon his arrival in Baton Rouge, he promised 4 National Titles and 4 Heisman trophies, but never even became the #1 QB because of JaMarcus Russell and Matt Flynn. He has to be one of the dumbest athletes in recent memory, right up there with Pacman Jones. He had the world handed to him on a silver platter and he got busted multiple times for screwing up.

Troubled LSU QB tossed off team

LSU QB Ryan Perrilloux, last season's SEC MVP who led the Tigers to the SEC Championship, was kicked off the team Friday after a host of legal and disciplinary problems. Coach Les Miles wouldn't go into the specifics of what Perrilloux did this time, but said he "didn't fulfill his obligation as an LSU student-athlete." Within the last year, Perriloux was on the fringe of a counterfeit investigation, tried to enter a Baton Rouge casino with a fake ID, was involved in an incident at a nightclub, missed some team meetings and workouts, and had troubles in school. Perrilloux's dad also died on Feb. 7. Not a good year for Perrilloux.

Apparently, Ryan Perrilloux just wants to be like his idols … Roger Clemens, Michale Vick, Charles Manson…

LSU Tigers coach Les Miles made it official today that Ryan Perriloux has been dismissed from the team for failing to keep up "his obligation as an LSU student-athlete."

NFL Draft: 2nd Pick, the St. Louis Rams Select: Glenn Dorsey, DT, LSU

The NFL Draft is always full of surprises, but this year will throw more shots up than Kobe against the Nuggets. But one thing is for sure. After last year's fiasco, the first two teams in this year's draft need to set the tone a little better than last year's first two teams. So did they set the tone, or did they leave everyone ready to riot?

BCS Conference Strength

What better way to pass the time than dissecting other bloggers' dissection of college football? As we are only ankle-deep in the 2008 football season, there's not much to talk about other than roster changes, a few sprinkles of info from Spring practices, and maybe a "Our conference is better than yours" argument or two.
