my special day

today was my birthday and alot of people wanted to know what i did on this day so...

I got up with Nic, fed her breakfast with my wife and then we went to little gym. (her gymnastic class) after we had a quick breakfast again, and then i took off to intro Herschel Walker at the Media Day for his fight on Jan. 19th. Met with some friends while i was there and then went to lunch with my business partner.

50 minutes later i was boxing in a mitt workout and hanging out with more friends at my school. boxed for two hours before i went to dinner with my wife amy and nic. red wine and pasta and i bounced back home and got on ice for my neck and shoulders. 25 minutes later i called my son and had a great chat before a hot shower and kiss the baby girl goodnight.

now i am here with you all. thanks for all the cards and well wishes.

Back to training again

i met with body architecture, lori 'kick ass' henderson, yesterday and laid out my camp for february fight. i hope its cung le. nicolette is saying alot of words now and her latest is wrestle; which is pronounced 'wrasslle'.

fight night was a huge success and scott smith was a star as the host. great job to all the competitors and congrats on your courage in the contest.

anyways back to training. hope everyone had a great holiday! i got 4 days off!!!

fresno with family for a weekend of chill

man do i need some days of nothing. i was in san diego yesterday and found my strength and conditioning master. fitness quest 10 is the place and brandon vera is doing his stuff there.

Man the UFC got me again for 45$. first off i thot that tito was fighting or i would have never paid for the fight. when i finally realized he wasn't ( and i finally convinced my wife to watch it) it was too late.

i thot at least that i would be able to see the dragon machida fight.

that fight was a crock. shogun kicked the crap outta him. i cant believe that he got a unanimous decision.

more injuries or just old spine

I have had this pain in my trap in and clavicle area for about 2 years and found out today why. My C-7 thru C-5 vertebrae are compressed, spurred, and deteriorating. Hey what a pain in the neck.

Thank you Janzen and Janzen Chiropractic for 10 years of service and saving my spine.

The docs advice - put ice on it and avoid contact sports.

crazy days of october

so busy these days and they are starting to blend badly. My training has been real good getting in two a day. weights and cardio in the morning and mma in the afternoon. i have been sleeping really because of it.

watch trevino and cheng on the next Strikeforce - they are new MMA Stars and I have been training with them.

Time for dinner, don't forget to hug someone you care for and workout everyday.

The princess is still up at 10pm. She's rolling like crazy in there and can't seem to get comfortable.

Been so busy lately with everything makes me feel alittle crazy. We are planning a new website for everyone and can't wait to show it off.

Can't believe the ratings that Kimbo brought to the Ultimate Fighter. I didnt see the fight but most have told me he got whooped by Roy. Nelson is tough and hard to beat that wasnt a good fight for him. I am going to try and find online.

Got an offer to be a commentator in the EA Sports game as well. I think thats cool but will I call my own fights when fighting? That might be odd.

Nics Crazy Day

I started off the day going to the dentist. I had some new posts put in for my braces and also had some rewiring done. After that I went to train then hung out with Nic. She has this thing she's been doing lately that's pretty funny. She likes barking like a dog. Kinda weird but Amy and I think its hilarious. When I went to put her down for a nap, she kept throwing her head back and hit her eye in the corner of the crib. She's already taking after her father getting war wounds. That's my girl!

Pismo Day Trip

Going on a family trip to Pismo tomorrow to see my mother in law and my sister Robynn. Its always good to get together with the family and they love seeing Nic.

Going to take Nic to the Discovery Museum tomorrow. Can't wait to see her play with all the cool stuff there. I'm also going to work on creating my new product. It's going to be DVD's of my fights that I commentate on. I'm going to be for sale on my store soon. Let me know what you think. On Tuesday I go to the doctors to get my arm cleared. Wish me luck!

Went to Best Buy today to have them fix my blackberry because it's always freezing on me. When I went to the customer service department to speak to someone, they said they can't help me since I didn't buy insurance. I explained to the woman that the phone is brand new but they weren't hearing it. I asked to speak to a manager and that didn't help either. They suck! I used to go to that store at least once a week to purchase something. Needless to say, I'm a Frys guy now
