Miami-Dade Circuit Court Judge Jeri Beth Cohen stunned the courtroom Tuesday afternoon by saying she would not rule on a key part of auto dealer Norman Braman's lawsuit challenging the Miami megaplan that funds a new stadium, a tunnel to the Port of Miami and other projects. more... ![]() Have an opinion?
