Major announcement from the NCAA (!!!!!!)

I have some major news to break.  This news has never been, uh…broken (?) before.  It will blow your mind and change the game forever. Well, here goes.  The NCAA wants to crack down on palming violations.

Seriously, never has the NCAA said this. Not in 2005.  Actually, this has been discussed among officials for nearly ten years.  The rule really picked up steam when Allen Iverson was so dominant with his dribble-drives.  Video proof.  more...
