Wow...what a day of football! As expected the Patriots defeated the Chargers (although it was slightly closer than expected) but the real story of the day was the New York Giants' victory IN LAMBEAU over the Green Bay Packers.

New England:

The Patriots are in an interesting position here. They've been declining all year and have trailed in seven of their last ten games, twice by more than ten points. Even though they are still undefeated their games are no longer being decided by 20+ points. It's as if I have to ignore their first eight to ten games in order to see what kind of trend these guys are on. more...
