Texans Sign G Weary to One-Year Contract
According to Yahoo! Sports, the Houston Texans have signed guard Fred Weary to a one-year contract.The exact salary was not made public, but it is believed to be in the neighborhood of $800,000 in guaranteed money with $300,000 in bonuses when he reports to camp.Weary is one of five original Texans still employed by the team.His season was cut short last year when he broke his leg against the Tennessee Titans on Dec. 2.
