Center: J'Mison Morgan/Alfred Aboya

PF: Mbah a Moute/James Keefe OR Drew Gordon

SF: Josh Shipp/Malcolm Lee

SG: Jrue Holiday/Darren Collison (I didn't say it. Howland did.)

PG: Darren Collison/Jrue Holiday/Jerime Anderson

Thoughts?
