UK’s Steve Flesch can win the Masters!…and other Sunday Notes

A few things before the most peaceful Sunday of the year….

— I must admit that I was riveted to the television today watching UK's own Steve Flesch contend in the Masters. Flesch, who proudly has a big UK logo on his bag and is a huge UK fan, is only three back of the leader and is playing as solidly as any one in the tournament. On nearly every hole on the back nine, Flesch had a makeable birdie putt and had a couple more of his shots gone in, we could be talking about something really special. But as it is, the lefthander is going for Masters glory tomorrow, all the while with a UK bag right next to him. more...
