So it's the New York Jets, who undoubtedly will welcome Favre for more reasons than his passing ability and leadership. From the New York Times:

He will be a huge draw for the Jets, who will move to their new training complex in New Jersey at the end of training camp, and he gives the Jets a face as they begin a campaign centered around the eventual opening of the stadium they will share with the Giants.
