These are the things that show he has potential to be a great manager. Yet and unfortunately Harry has yet to win a league title in the top flight and in Champions League. It gives question of whether this would be a hindrance to his chances in the tournaments of Europe and the World Cup in Brazil, simply down to him not having the experience of going through the pressures of the top flight final stages.
