US women's soccer team goalie Hope Solo is not afraid to speak her mind, hitting the Twitter airwaves to chastise NBC commentator Brandi Chastain, additionally, she dropped this fun quote about the amorous actions of her fellow Olympians in the Olympic Village:
"There's a lot of sex going on. On the grass, between the buildings, people are getting down and dirty... this could be the raunchiest Olympic games ever."
Sounds fun! I need to find an Olympic sport I can coast into easily in order to get myself into that Village...[Heavy]

Maybe Hope Solo was bored, or maybe it was her way of getting in a good post-match workout after seeing very minimal action in the USA's 3-0 victory against Colombia.
Whatever the reason, Solo managed to steal the spotlight away from the American team's victory Saturday by taking to Twitter and throwing a barrage of shots at US national team legend Brandi Chastain.
Holo Solo sounds off about Brandi Chastain's commentary.
Hope Solo is extremely outspoken. It one of the traits outside of her killer goalie skills she’s most noted for. Solo had a few choice words for former US Soccer star Brandi Chastain. Known for her laid-back demeanor and encouraging coaching style, Sundhage is more apt to help players find a way to drive themselves than to be the one to force them one way or another. So, on Sunday, when all conversation about the U.S. Women's Soccer team continued to center around goalkeeper Hope Solo'...
Everyone seemed to be in fine spirits after the U.S. Women's Soccer team's rollicking 3-0 win over Colombia on Saturday. Everyone, that is, except the goalkeeper who had a pretty easy day of work. Hope Solo took to Twitter just a couple of hours after the game and ripped former U.S. soccer legend Brandi Chastain, who commentated the game with Arlo White. Solo seemed to have...

In 1921, England's Football Association banned women from playing soccer on Football League grounds because the game was deemed ''quite unsuitable for females and ought not to be encouraged.''
The ban stood for 50 years. It was lifted the year of the first women's FA Cup final, when Southampton beat Stewarton and Thistle 4-1 in 1971.
But that was four decades...
It seems like everybody is getting screwed at the Olympics this year, and I’m not talking in the way Hope Solo so boastfully confessed. While the games always seem to be surrounded by controversy, this year has been story after story of athletes getting cheated out of a medal, or at least a shot at one. Yes, this means an equal number of people are lucking their way into spots they...
