The 24-year-old said he is happy to have joined Arsenal and hailed Arsene Wenger as a great manager. Further, he stated that he feels trusted at this new environment, a major reason why he chose to join this club.
He said as quoted in the Guardian:
“Arsenal is a very well-known club, a very successful club with very young players, and the young players develop very well here,”
“I cannot promise to win trophies, but I can promise that as a team we will give our all to win trophies.”
