Kyogo played the ball into Jota’s pass, who took a touch before dinking the ball over the heads of St Johnstone defenders allowing Aaron Mooy to rush through and lift the ball over Remi Matthews.

The Australian midfielder has been in great form since his return from the World Cup in Qatar. Ange has even said that he is keen to discuss improved terms with the cultured midfielder.

Andrew Considine’s own goal for Celtic on their way before Kyogo doubled the lead. Drey Wright pulled one back but now Celtic are in control, leading 3-1.
