Zlatan Ibrahimovic believes Wayne Rooney should join Paris Saint-Germain if the England striker decides it is time to leave Manchester United . The Premier League leaders have been adamant that Rooney is not for sale, and plan to offer him a new contract. PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi this week said there had been no approach for the former Everton player, but admitted he admires Rooney's talent.
