And it begins...

Hey Yard Barkerz. You guys can call me Ruthie. Well, I've never blogged in my life. I dont know how long this will keep going, or if you peoples will be intrested in anything a 16 year old softball player has to say, but why should'nt I give it a chance?... Basicly, I am trying to work my way through that crazy maze of high school, all the while improveing on my skillz as a player. The big dream is to play in college and later play for the NPF (National Pro Fastpitch)....even better, TEAM USA. Wishful thinking as it may be to you, learn this now (I am made up of 90% optimisim, 10% concentrate). I am not a conventional player. I sleep in late, almost always wear pajamas, and my grandmother says I am the backwards bear, because she thinks i hibernate in the summer (a girl can only watch good morning america for so long over the summer lol). Biut the drive, is there, the heart, is there, the determination, is there. The incentive, falls short. I am going to try my best this year to break old habits and get accoustomed to greatness. Its something I feel I am born for, and wether you see me in 2016 repersenting the country (most likely in chicago), or takeing your order at mcdonalds, the point is I am makeing a clear consciencious descison to give this year my all. (Posting it on the internet some how makes it legit?? lol) As william shakespeare once said "some are born great, some achieve greatness, and some have greatness thrusted upon them"... (oh yea willy? how bout trying to prove all 3 to college scouts and haveing (at best) 6 months to prepare for the college psycological warfare?) Anywho, i'll keep this as updated as possibel, post some pics as soon as i get out on the feild for winter practice (which I have to somehow magicaly orcastrate and get approved by our coach and the school....), hopefully there are some supportive blogger out there who have some encourageing words to pass along =)... untill next time... -so long, farewell, arivederche, and i am outta here....
