ANOTHER Softball Update: 'UHG!!!!'

Okay. So let's see. I left off on my first scrimmage of the season. One word. "UHG".. thats how i've been describeing games to my friends. We got our ASSES handed to us that game. Disaster! but believe it or not, we came back that wensday oin a last minuet scheduled scrimmage (we got the word of the game the day before), and we improved tremendously. I am so proud of everyone. And then the last scrimmage was cannceled because of some "incident" involving students from the school. But had it gone through, we would of one... And get this, WE WON our first game of the season. Well it was a forfit around the 4th or 5th inning. I am so sick of explaining to dumb asses at my school, that we put in alot of work into that game, and the team had some internal problems that started to conflict and they just walked off the feild. we had bases loaded and a batter who got a run on an error. The grounder went back to the pitcher, she threw it to the firstbaseman, she missed it, threw it to the third baseman, she missed it, and no one went for the ball after that, we drained the bases and then some. They got so pissed they walked off one by one into their dug out. First of all how unsportsman like??? Last year, and even this year, we got our butts beat HARD!!!! but we never walked off in the middle of a game. But then I get WORST. The other team starts getting into it with the umpires and OUR coach. They were yelling, screaming, acing so unladylike.. Now my school is stright up G, we go hard, and were definately not going to let you put a finger on our coach, but thankfully no swings wewre thrown. We stayed in the dugout, with much restriaint because a few of the other member wanted to exchange "words" with some of our players, and it got a bit nasty, but all in all, we played goood softball that day. We play them again on the 20th. I'll be on after i take my shower that day wiuth another update... Lastly, afterwards, we got into a slump.. we've played about 3-4 games, loesing everyone.. but each game gets better, we are competing, but we get into one bad inning, dig a hole, and dont come out of it. I wish I could sit here, and lie and say were kicking ass, but the room for improvement is overbearing on my conscience. We had an early morning double header (at the school by 8:30) and lets just say, we need to stick to afternoon games =/......after monday we go into a patch of games that are beatable from my standpoint... playing a few teams we've played already and faired well upon. You know I'll give 100% and give your the play by play on another day...... OH in related news, GUESS WHO GOT HER NAME IN THE PAPER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its ashame it was just tag on at the end of the article explaining how well the other team did, but when your mentioned for going 2-3, it means a lil something something =D LASTLY!::: currently, my coach is shopping me around to diffrent positions, I've played 1st, SS, Catcher amd 3rd... I've probably solidify my spot at 3rd with a good defenseive play that went down on thursday. I also practiced pitching, but i guess i am gonna have to wait and see if i get any time on the mound during a game.......i also faired well behind the plate...my first time out i tried to apply what was thrusted upon me the day before. I actually got a runner out tryna come home.. she thrashed my whole left side of my body, but as long as the out was made, i am happy. Sadly that [female dog] slid right into my wrist and its been bothering me ever since wensday. I was a little weary playing 1st today (covering for the other 1st baseman so she could go to a funeral [r.i.p]) I felt it getting aggrivated alot, and seeing as you use your wrist more over there (cause it was my glove hand), i was worried. But actaully, worked through it, and it felt a bit better after that excuriateing double header....... okay, thats it.. lol.. you get a long post cause its been a while sine i last updated.... thanks for reading!
