Bengals Sign 7th Round Pick WR Freddie Brown
The Bengals and 7th round pick WR Freddie Brown have agreed to a four-year, $1.189 million contract with the Cincinnati Bengals, according to Adam Caplan of Scout.com. Per the report, Brown received a signing bonus of slightly higher than $37,500.
